Grant Industries, Inc. proudly introduces a breakthrough polymeric system that is so light and lasting that it is virtually invisible to the senses.
It works so well to enhance skin feel and retain moisture on the skin that we are using it as a key ingredient in many of our new products!
Please use the following table to select the InvisaSkin information or product of interest.
Dimethylacrylamide/Acrylic acid/Polystyrene/Ethyl Methacrylate Copolymer
Moisturization: entrains up to 20x weight of water in a swollen hydrogel
Bio-adhesion:provides adhesion to moist skin
Controlled delivery: film forming
Once hydrated and dispersed, InvisaSkin will continue to provide a lasting hydration/rehydration source, particularly with moisturizing actives
- An 8-hour single application moisture and re-hydration clinical test evaluation found elevated moisture levels in the skin after one hour delivery (up to about 3x increased moisture in skin) and increased moisture levels after rehydration.
Significant improvements in hydration and prevention of transepidermal water loss (TEWL) were found when moisture loving botanical actives (Biotransformed Rice Bran) were formulated along with InvisaSkin (See information on InvisaSkin RB).
- Once the cosmetics bulk moisture dries off, InvisaSkin forms an invisible water-insoluble film and exhibits strong bio-adhesion
