Gransil OHS-KA10

Gransil OHS-KA10 is a skin whitening silicone gel containing 10% kojic acid, which is an alternative to hydroquinone and extremely effective in lightening/whitening the skin's color. Gransil OHS-KA10 also fades discolorations and hyper-pigmentations of the skin such as age spots, liver spots, freckles, or skin pigmentation that may occur from exposure to the sun and during pregnancy. Gransil OHS-KA10 provides a unique non-oily, smooth and fresh feel with excellent stability. Note: Whitening and lightening labeling claims may be subject to regulation and the compliance thereof is up to the purchaser of this product.

Recommended use levels of Gransil OHS-KA10:

In some regions (like Japan), kojic acid can be used in non-prescriptive skin care products up to a concentration of 1%.  Therefore, Gransil OHS-KA10 should be used at up to 10% in this context.

In other applications, including prescriptive skin care, kojic acid is reportedly used at higher levels, up to 3%.  This suggests a maximum upper limit of Gransil OHS5-KA10 to be 30% (recommended only when a product is being formulated and used under the supervision of a dermatologist).
