Gransil GCM-5

Gransil GCM-5 is a clear to translucent gel of cyclopentasiloxane (D5) and is made by dispersing a silicone elastomer, a thickening agent, in a vehicle of cyclopentasiloxane. Upon application to the skin, Gransil GCM-5 releases the volatile cyclopentasiloxane and then delivers a soft powdery silicone polymer layer. Gransil GCM-5 provides excellent benefits of water-resistance, speadability, non-tacky, non-oily characteristics and a super smooth and fresh feeling. Gransil GCM-5 has proven to be a superb ingredient in numerous formulas such as creams, lotions and foundations. The recommended usage level is 5 - 25 %.
