Gransil SiW-GVL

Gransil SiW-GVL is a Silione-in-Water dispersion of Vegetable Alkanes and Polysilicone-11. Gransil SiW-GVL allows the formulator the freedom of adding to a water-containing cosmetic by simply mixing into the formulation's water phase. Gransil SiW-GVL improves skin feel during payout by rapidly transitioning from a water break to smooth silicone feel. It visually enhances the skin by providing a matte, soft focus appearance and is capable of absorbing excess facial oils, for optimum oil control. These attributes allows the formulator to attain new, elegant textures with the type of silky feel that promotes brand loyalty and higher consumer acceptance, without compromising natures appeal. Gransil SiW-GVL is an ideal component for use in color cosmetics, creams, lotions, sun care and other personal care applications.

FORMULATING
Each SiW micro-dispersion is specifically designed for ease of formulation, and the highest degree of premium quality and aesthetics for the intended application. This allows incorporation of silicone gels and powders into the most difficult formulating environments, including highly volatile delivery solvents and mixed polar phases. The avoidance of traditional emulsifiers minimizes surfactants masking the feel or activity of preservatives or other functional materials. SiW micro-dipersions are cold process compatible for cost savings. Add to an existing emulsion for improved skin feel or simply combine with an aqueous phase and mix.
