Gransil ECW

Gransil ECW is a hybrid silicone composite powder integrated with about 10% carnauba wax. The structure consists of interpenetrating networks of dimethicone and polymethylsilsesquioxane and a layer of carnauba wax. Gransil ECW features an extraordinary soft feel and is easy to disperse in oils. Gransil ECW forms a smooth cream upon incorporation with silicone or other suitable oils without requiring high shear mixing or heat processing. This provides a simple way to formulate carnauba wax into a cream, lotion, serum or foundation. Gransil ECW is recommended to be pre-mixed with a volatile or 5 - 10 cSt silicone fluid prior to being combined with other liquid ingredients.
