Granhydrogel OS

Granhydrogel OS is a specially formulated blend of silicone gel and aqueous solution of glyceryl polyacrylate and poly(vinylmethylether/maleic anhydride) (PVM/MA). Granhydrogel OS forms a moisturizing film on skin with a pleasant silky feel and features the characteristics of a high power of water retention. The silicone elastomer, or polysilicone-11 by INCI name used in Granhydrogel OS, offers a soft, powdery feel, which effectively reduces the tackiness and oily look resulted from glyceryl polyacrylate and PVM/MA. Due to the close match of the refractive indices of the silicone phase and the water phase, Granhydrogel OS remains translucent to clear appearance and can be directly used as moisturizing serum. A usage level of 5-20% is recommended in most formulas.
