Gransurf 90

Gransurf 90 is a cost-competitive silicone surfactant with a HLB value of about 5, ideally suitable for cold processed formulations of W/O and W/Si emulsions. It features a broad compatibility profile with UV filters and oils of both the synthetics and natural plants due to its branched hydrocarbon C16 chains, and a high heat stability up to 60°C and freeze stability down to - 25°C as a result of its amphiphilic, polymeric structure. The most popular applications embrace facial cream, body lotion, water-proof suncare emulsion, liquid foundation and deodorant gel. The suggested use level is 1-3%.

Gransil DMG-20P is a non-volatile silicone elastomer gel with dimethicone fluid and petrolatum that together act as the primary barrier. In addition, the oil phase of this emulsion is external and protects the skin from aqueous dye penetration better than oil-in water preparations.
