  1. Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with side sweep agitation.
  2. Weigh Phase B in a side kettle. Heat to 60-65˚C mixing well until clear.
  3. Add Phase B to Phase A. Mix well.
  4. Adjust pH with Citric Acid (Phase D) to 4.5 to 5.5.
  5. Weigh Phase C in a side kettle and mix well. Add to Phase AB slowly. Mix until homogenous.
  6. Perform a 5 minute finishing step with homogenizer.
