Procedure
- Weigh Phase A in the main kettle and heat to 80-85°C, until dissolved.
- Weigh Phase B into Phase A and heat to 80-85°C. Mix until uniform using a 3-prong mixer.
- Add Phase C and D to Phase AB under homogenization. Mix for 20-30 minutes while maintaining the temperature at 80-85°C.
- Force cool batch to room temperature using a 3-prong mixer.
