  1. Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with a 3-prong mixer. Sprinkle in Gransil PSQ and Sucrose Stearate. Heat to 80-85°C.
  2. Weigh Phase B in a side kettle equipped with a marine type propeller and heat to 95-100°C.
  3. Weigh Phase C in a side kettle and heat to 65-70°C. Maintain Phase C at temperature for 45 minutes.
  4. Weigh Phase D in a side kettle equipped with a marine type propeller and mix well.
  5. Add Phase C to Phase B.
  6. When both Phase A and Phase BC are at proper temperature, add Phase BC to Phase A and mix for 20 minutes under the 3-prong mixer while maintaining the temperature at 80-85°C.
  7. Add Phase D to Phase ABC and mix for 15-20 minutes while maintaining the temperature at 80-85°C.
  8. Cool batch to 50°C under side sweep agitation. Add Phase E very slowly.
  9. Cool batch to room temperature.
