  1. Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with a propeller blade. Mix well.
  2. Weigh Phase B in a side kettle equipped with an anchor blade. Heat to 50-55°C.
  3. Add Phase B to Phase A slowly. Mix well for minimum of 15-20 minutes.
  4. Switch to side sweep agitation and add each ingredient consecutively from Phase C. Be sure to mix well between each addition.
  5. Mix well until uniform.
