Procedure

  1. Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with a propeller type mixer and heat to 90-95°C. Mix until homogeneous.
  2. Micro-pulverize Phase B through a 0.02" screen twice. Add to Phase A and mix until uniform.
  3. Add Phase C to Phases AB. Mix until uniform.
  4. Pour samples at 80°C.
