Procedure
- Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with side sweep agitation. Mix until homogenous.
- Weigh Phase B in a side kettle and mix until homogenous.
- Add Phase B to Phase A and mix with side sweep until homogenous.
- Perform a 5 minute finishing step on the homogenizer.
