Procedure

  1. Combine Phase A in the main kettle and heat to 60-70°C with mixing until all solids are dissolved.
  2. Combine Phase B in a side kettle and heat to 70-75°C with mixing until all solids are dissolved.
  3. Add Phase B into the main kettle while homogenizing and continue to mix until uniform.
  4. Start cooling with side sweep.
  5. Add Phase C sequentially at 40°C and continue to cool until room temperature.
