Procedure

  1. Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with homogenizer. Mix for 5 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle Phase B into Phase A. Mix until completely dispersed. Then, start heating to 65-70°C.
  3. Weigh Phase C in a side kettle equipped with a propeller type mixer. Mix well and heat to 65-70°C until all is dispersed.
  4. When at proper temperature, add Phase C to Phase AB. Mix for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Cool to 50°C using side sweep agitation. Add Phase D.
  6. Continue cooling with side sweep agitation to room temperature.

Note: Dual color and sun protection cream with color retention technology for color treated hair.  Apply dime-sized amount to hand, spread through hair and scalp for overall protection.
