Procedure

  1. Combine Phase A in main kettle and eat to 70-75°C. Mix until uniform.
  2. Combine Phase B in support kettle and heat to 70-75°C until all the solids dissolved.
  3. Add Phase B into Phase A when both are at proper temperature. Mix for 15-20 minutes using homogenizer.
  4. Add Phase C into the main kettle while mixing and mix until smooth.
  5. Cool to room temperature using side sweep.
