Procedure
- Disperse pearl pigments and RonaFlair into water (choice of pigment blend may vary).
- While stirring, add Carbopol.
- Combine Phase B until homogeneous.
- Add Phase B to Phase A while mixing with side sweep. Mix until homogeneous.
