Procedure

  1. Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with a 3 inch marine type propeller. Heat up to 80-85°C. Mix Well.
  2. Mix Phase B and add to Phase A.
  3. Weigh Phase C in a side kettle equipped with a marine type propeller. Heat up to 90-95°C. When everything is homogenous add to Phase AB. Mix for 15-20 min.
  4. Cool down to 50°C using sidesweep agitation.
  5. Add Phase D to the main kettle and mix unitl uniform.
  6. Add Phase E to the main kettle and mix unitl uniform.
  7. Add Phase F to the main kettle and mix unitl uniform.
  8. Cool down to the room temperature.
