Procedure

  1. Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with propeller type mixer. Heat to 70-75˚C.
  2. Weigh Phase B in a side kettle and heat to 75-80˚C. When at proper temperature, add to Phase A with mixing.
  3. Weigh Phase C in a side kettle equipped with homogenizer. Heat to 70-75˚C.
  4. When Phase C is at proper temperature is uniform, add to Phase AB using homogenizer. Mix for 15-20 minutes maintaining temperature. Mix well with homogenizer.
  5. Cool to 50˚C using side sweep agitation. Add Phase D.
  6. Cool to room temperature.
