Procedure

  1. Add Phase C to Phase AB, maintain batch flow through the addition. Mix for 15-20 minutes maintaining batch flow.
  2. Weigh Phase B in a side kettle and heat to 65-70˚C. When at proper temperature and all is melted and uniform, add to Phase A.
  3. Weigh phase C in a side kettle and heat to 65-70˚C. Mix well.
  4. Add Phase C to Phase AB, maintain batch flow through the addition. Mix for 15-20 minutes maintaining batch flow.
  5. Cool to 50˚C using side sweep agitation. Add Phase D.
  6. Cool to room temperature.
