Procedure

  1. Weigh Phase A in a side kettle equipped with a marine type propeller. Mix until uniform.
  2. Weigh Phase B and mix well. Add to Phase A while mixing and heat to 80-85°C.
  3. Weigh Phase C in the main kettle equipped with a homogenizer and heat to 80-85°C .
  4. Micro-pulverize Phase D and add to Phase C. Mix until uniform.
  5. When both Phase AB and Phase CD are at proper temperature, add Phase AB to Phase CD and mix for 15-20 minutes while maintaining the temperature at 80-85°C.
  6. Cool batch to 50°C under side sweep.
  7. At 50°C, force cool batch to room temperature under side sweep agitation.
