Procedure
- Weigh Phase A into the PK blender and mix for 15 minutes using the intensifying bar. Micro-pulverize Phase A through 0.02" screen twice.
- Return powder to the PK blender and spray Phase B. Mix for 15 minutes using the intensifying bar.
- Scrape walls of PK blender and mix for another 15 minutes using the intensifying bar.
- Once the batch of powder is homogeneoous, pass through the 0.25" screen.
