Procedure

  1. Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with homogenizer. Mix well.
  2. Sprinkle Phase B into Phase A with mixing. Heat to 65-70°C.
  3. Weigh Phase C in a side kettle and heat to 65-70°C.
  4. When at proper temperature, add Phase C to Phase AB. Mix for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Add Phase D. Mix for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Cool to 50°C using side sweep agitation. Add Phase E.
  7. Cool to room temperature.

Note: PCA holds moisture in hair while silicone crosspolymer network binds to hair surface.  Apply quarter sized amount to wet hair and lather. Rinse. Repeat if necessary.
