  1. Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with a homogenizer. Heat to 80-85°C.
  2. Weigh Phase B in a side kettle. Heat to 85-90°C.
  3. Micro-pulverize Phase C. Add to Phase B.
  4. When at proper temperature, add Phase BC to Phase A. Mix for 15-20 minutes while maintaining temperature at 80-85°C.
  5. Cool to 50°C using a three prong mixer. Add Phase D very slowly.
  6. Cool to 35°C. Add Phase E and mix until uniform.
  7. Cool to room temperature.
