Procedure

  1. Weigh Phase A in a side kettle and mix with marine type propeller.
  2. Add Phase B to Phase A under mixing. Heat to 75-80°C.
  3. Weigh Phase C in the main kettle equipped with homogenizer and heat to 75-80°C.
  4. Micro-pulverize Phase D. Then add to Phase C.
  5. When both Phases A and BC are at proper temperature, add Phase A into Phases BC. Mix for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Cool to room temperature using side sweep agitation.
