Procedure

  1. Combine Phase A in the main kettle equipped with homogenizer. Heat to 75-80⁰C. Mix until uniform.
  2. Combine Phase B in a side kettle. Heat to 75-80⁰C.
  3. Add Phase B to the main kettle. Homogenize until uniform.
  4. Add Phase C sequentially to the main kettle. Mix until uniform.
  5. Cool down to 35-40⁰C with side sweep agitation then add Phase D sequentially. Mix until uniform.
  6. Slowly add Phase D to the main kettle. Mix until uniform.
