Procedure

  1. Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with side sweep agitation. Mix well.
  2. Weigh Phase B in a side kettle and mix well.
  3. Add Phase B to Phase A slowly. Mix well.
  4. Perform a 5 minute finishing step on the homogenizer.
