Procedure

  1. Weigh Phase B in the main kettle equipped with homogenizer. Heat to 85-90°C. Mix well.
  2. Weigh Phase A in a side kettle equipped with a marine type propeller. Heat to 75-80°C. Mix well.
  3. When both phases are at proper temperature, add Phase A to Phase B under homogenization. Mix for 15 minutes at 85-90°C.
  4. Cool to room temperature using side sweep agitation.
