Procedure

  1. Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with propeller. Heat to 70°C.
  2. Weigh Phase B in a side kettle and heat to 70°C.
  3. When at temperature add Phase B to Phase A. Mix for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Add Phase C. Mix well.
  5. Cool to 50°C using side sweep agitation.
  6. Premix Phase D in a side kettle and add to main kettle.
  7. Cool to room temperature.

Note: Clear, sulfate-free shampoo provides moisture retention for color treated or damaged hair.  Apply quarter-sized amount to wet hair and lather.  Rinse.  Repeat if necessary.
