Procedure
- Weigh Phase C in the main kettle equipped with three prong mixer.
- Micro-Pulverize Phase D. Add to Phase C and heat to 80-85 C.
- Weigh Phase A in a side kettle equipped with propeller type mixer. Sprinkle in Veegum HV with mixing. Heat to 80-85 C.
- Mix Phase B in a side kettle until all is dissolved. Add to Phase A and mix well.
- When at proper temperature, add Phase AB to Phase CD. Mix for 15-20 minutes.
- Cool to 50 C using side sweep agitation. Add Phase E.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Perform a 5 minute finishing step with homogenizer.
