Procedure

1 Combine Part A in the main kettle and homogenize at 1000 to 1500 rpm until uniform.
2 Combine Part B and run ball mill until the drawdown passes 10 µm on Hegman Gauge.
3 Combine Part C in the support kettle and mix until uniform.
4 Add Part B into the main kettle while homogenizing and continue milling for at least 20 minutes.
5 Add Part C very slowly to the main kettle while homogenizing.
6 Sprinkle in Part D while homogenizing and continue to mix until uniform. At the end, increase the speed to 1500 to 2500 rpm to finish the batch.
