1	Part A: Add methyl pyrrolidone and L-ascorbic acid a clean vessel and mix until completely dissolved. Add remaining Part A ingredients and mix until fully dissolved.
2	Part B: Add hydroxypropylcellulose in parts and mix until clear and target viscosity is achieved.
