Long-Wear Foundation

A non-transfer foundation featuring Gransil DM-5 and Granacrysil BMAS that uses a considerable amount of a silicone acrylate film-former to bind the product. The polysilicone-11 gel greatly lowers the tackiness of the film former.

Procedure

1 In side kettle, weigh water; under mixing add Veegum & Butylene Glycol, mix for 15-30 min.
2 Add phase B to phase A, Heat to 75-80°C.
3 Add phase C to AB @ 75-80°C.
4 In main kettle equipped with homogenizer, weigh phase D. Heat to 75-80°C under homogenization.
5 Micro-pulverize Phase E, add E to D mix till dispersed.
6 Add phase F to phase D-E, mix well.
7 Add phase ABC to DEF @ 75-80°C under homogenization. Mix 15 Min.
8 Cool to 60°C add phase G, mix 10 min.
9 Cool to 25°C.
