1	Weigh Deionized Water and Jeecide CAP-5 of Phase A in a side kettle and mix with marine type propeller.
2	Pre-mix Butylene Glycol and Veegum HV before adding under mixing to Phase A. Then, add the rest of Phase B under mixing. Heat to 75-80°C.
3	Weigh Phase C in the main kettle equipped with homogenizer and heat to 75-80°C.
4	Micro-pulverize Phase D. Then add to Phase C.
5	When both Phases A and BC are at proper temperature, add Phase A into Phases BC. Mix for 15-20 minutes.
6	Cool to room temperature using side sweep agitation.
