Procedure

1 Combine and mix Phase B in the main kettle at 75°C until all solids are dissolved.
2 Combine and mix Phase A at 75°C until all waxes melt.
3 Melt Phase C at 80°C. Add Phase D with mixing until all solids are dissolved. Add Phase E with mixing. Passing through a ball mill or homogenizer until the pigment dispersion is satisfied.
4 Add Phase A into Phase B while mixing until smooth.
5 Add Phases CDE into the main kettle while mixing until smooth.
6 Add sequentially Phase F to the main kettle with homogenize until smooth.
