Procedure

1 Main kettle: Mix Part C at 75°C until all solids are dissolved.
2 Support kettle-I: Mix Part A at 75°C until all waxes melt. Add Part B sequentially with mixing.
3 Support kettle-II: Melt Part D at 80°C. Add Part E with mixing until all solids are dissolved. Add Part F with mixing. Pass through a ball mill or homogenizer until the pigment dispersion is satisfied.
4 Transfer Support kettle-I to main kettle with homomixing until smooth.
5 Transfer Support kettle-II to main kettle with homomixing until smooth.
6 Add Part G sequentially to main kettle and homogenize until smooth.
7 Discharge through 100-micron filter bag.
