| 1 | Main kettle: Mix Part C at 75°C until all solids are dissolved. |
| 2 | Support kettle-I: Mix Part A at 75°C until all waxes melt. Add Part B sequentially with mixing. |
| 3 | Support kettle-II: Melt Part D at 80°C. Add Part E with mixing until all solids are dissolved. Add Part F with mixing. Pass through a ball mill or homogenizer until the pigment dispersion is satisfied. |
| 4 | Transfer Support kettle-I to main kettle with homomixing until smooth. |
| 5 | Transfer Support kettle-II to main kettle with homomixing until smooth. |
