Our rinse-off conditioner with SiW-PCA-10 uses SiW silicone premix technology to delivery a high level of conditioning properties, including excellent feel and shine. The special anionic silicone blend is added during the cool down and does not require homogenization. Comprised of a silicone-in-water emulsion that is easily diluted in all major skin and hair care applications.

| 1 | Mix Ingredients from Part A, heat to 65°C. |
