Procedure

1 Combine Part A until uniform.
[Any initial precipitate re-dissolves with stirring].
2 Heat to 70°C with stirring.
3 Combine Part B until uniform and add to Part A with stirring. Cool to below 50°C.
4 Add ingredients from Part C to Part AB and stir until uniform.

Formulating notes

1. The Acrylates copolymer is the key for stabilizing the CRT-W
2. Homogenize for a finer emulsion
3. Small Batches add 2% extra water for losses
