Procedure
| 1 | Slowly add guar powder to vortex of water [for small batches, add 2% extra water] |
| 2 | Add stepwise with slow stirring the remaining Part-B ingredients in the order shown. [note: when adding NaOH, use a pH meter to monitor amount required] |
| 3 | Heat batch to about 70°C to melt cocamide MEA and glycol stearate. |
| 4 | Slow cool with very mild stirring, |
| 5 | Add remaining Phase-C ingredients below 40°C, de-aerate, fill. |
