1	Combine Phase A in the main kettle and heat to 65-70°C while mixing with the side sweep mixer.
2	Combine Phase B in a side kettle and homogenize until uniform. Add to main kettle while mixing. Allow to cool down while mixing.
3	Dissolve DHA from Phase C in a second side kettle and add to main kettle when temperature is at 30°C. Mix until uniform.
4	If necessary, adjust pH to 4.0-5.0 using Citric Acid.
