| 1 | Combine Phase A in the main kettle and homogenize until uniform. |
| 2 | Combine Phase B in a side kettle and homogenize until uniform. Add to main kettle while homogenizing and continue mixing until uniform. |
| 3 | Dissolve DHA in Phase C in a second side kettle and add to main kettle. Homogenize until uniform. |
| 4 | If necessary, adjust pH to 4.0-5.0 using Citric Acid. |
