| 1 | Combine Phase A in main kettle and mix at 50°C |
| 2 | Combine Phase B in a support kettle and mix at 75-80°C until all solids are dissolved. Transfer support kettle to main kettle while mixing. |
| 3 | Add Phase C sequentially to main kettle with mixing. Homogenize the main kettle until creamy and smooth. |
| 4 | Add Phase D sequentially while homogenizing. Adjust pH to 7 with citric acid solution. Cool with slow mixing. |
