| 1 | Part A: Charge water to a clean vessel. Heat to 50°C. Add dimethyl isosorbide followed by benzoyl peroxide and tea tree oil and mix until homogeneous. Add the remaining Part A ingredients in the order listed with continuous mixing, maintaining temperature at 50°C. |
| 2 | Part B: Add preservative and fragrance to Part A contents as required. Mix until homogeneous. Cool to below 30°C. |
| 3 | Check sample for viscosity after holding at ambient temperature for a minimum of 4 hours. Adjust batch with sodium chloride as needed to achieve target viscosity, allowing 4 hours of mixing between each adjustment. Once target viscosity has been obtained, fill containers. |
