Granpowder T-35 is a solid “dispersion” of ultrafine titanium dioxide in polymethylsilsesquioxane. Granpowder T-35 is not a physical blend as titanium dioxide particles are adsorbed onto the surface of the polymer through a dehydration mechanism. Through this process Granpowder T-35 removes the typical unpleasant sensorial properties of titanium dioxide. Suggested applications include color cosmetic formulations such as foundations, pressed powders, lipsticks, and anhydrous make ups.
