Procedure
- Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with homogenizer. Sprinkle in Carbopol, mix until dispersed. Then, heat to 75⁰C.
- Weigh Phase B in a side kettle. Heat to 75⁰C with mixing.
- When at proper temperature, add Phase B to Phase A. Mix for 15-20 minutes.
- Cool to 50⁰C using side sweep agitation. Add Phase C.
- Cool to room temperature.
