Procedure

  1. Combine Phase A in a side kettle. Heat up to 70-75°C and mix until uniform.
  2. Put Phase B in the main beaker equipped with homogenizer. Heat to 80-85°C and mix until uniform.
  3. Micropulverize Phase C and add to Phase B.
  4. When at temperature add Phase A to the main kettle. Mix for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Cool with side sweep agitation.
