Procedure

  1. Weigh Phase A in PK Blender and mix for 15 minutes using intensifier bar.
  2. Micro-pulverize Phase A through a 0.01 inch screen two times. Return to PK Blender.
  3. Add Phase B to Phase A in PK Blender and mix for 15 minutes using intensifier bar.
  4. Micro-pulverize Phase AB through a 0.01 inch screen two times. Return to PK Blender.
  5. Add Phase C to Phase AB in PK Blender and mix for 15 minutes using intensifier bar.
  6. Micro-pulverize Phase ABC through a 0.01 inch screen two times. Return to PK Blender.
  7. Spray Phase D into Phase ABC and mix for 15 minutes using intensifier bar.
  8. Scrape walls of PK Blender and mix for 15 minutes using intensifier bar.
  9. Weigh Phase E and spray into Phase ABCD. Mix for 15 minutes using intensifier bar.
  10. Scrape walls of PK Blender and mix for 15 minutes using intensifier bar.
  11. Micro-pulverize batch through 0.25" screen once after shade matching.
