  1. Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with marine type propeller. Heat to 70-75⁰C.
  2. In a side kettle, combine Phase B. Heat to 70-75⁰C.
  3. When both phases are at the proper temperature, add Phase B to Phase A. Mix for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Add Phase C and mix for additional 5 minutes.
  5. Switch to side sweep and cool to 50⁰C at 12 rpm. Add Phase D.
  6. Cool batch to room temperature.
