Procedure
- Weigh Phase A in the main kettle equipped with marine type propeller. Heat to 70-75⁰C.
- In a side kettle, combine Phase B. Heat to 70-75⁰C.
- When both phases are at the proper temperature, add Phase B to Phase A. Mix for 10-15 minutes.
- Add Phase C and mix for additional 5 minutes.
- Switch to side sweep and cool to 50⁰C at 12 rpm. Add Phase D.
- Cool batch to room temperature.
