Procedure
- Combine Phase A in the main kettle and mix until it turns to a white, smooth, heavy paste.
- Combine Phase B in the support kettle and add very slowly into the main kettle while mixing to allow the oil phase to absorb the aqueous solution until it turns to a clear cream.
